In order to further standardize the information collection, modeling and pension payment of retirees, according to the operation requirements of the social insurance information system for urban employees in Hainan Province (hereinafter referred to as the "Nuclear Three" system), relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. From now on, within 3 months before reaching the statutory retirement age, the insured who is about to retire will come to the Social Service Section of our bureau with their ID cards, household registration books, social security cards and 1 recent bareheaded color photos for information collection and face information modeling.

2. If the information of the insured's ID card is inconsistent with the "Nuclear Three" system, please apply to the Public Service Department of our bureau to change the social insurance information, and then go through the face information modeling procedures.

3. For the insured who can't go to our bureau for information collection and modeling in person due to special circumstances such as mobility inconvenience, the family members shall provide the certificate issued by the hospital, unit or neighborhood committee, and apply for on-site information collection and face modeling services at the Social Services Section of our bureau.

Fourthly, face information modeling should be handled according to the principle of first urgency and then delay. Please inform the insured who is about to retire to go through the modeling procedures, and inform the insured to go to our bureau to go through the face information modeling procedures in batches according to the order of retirement time at the legal age.
