Do I need advance notice if I leave without paying social security?

According to Article 46 of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), if the employer terminates the labor contract with the employee because it fails to pay social insurance premiums for the employee according to law, the employer shall pay economic compensation to the employee.
