How to transfer insurance when a company changes jobs?

Legal subjectivity:

There are two situations in which the unit stops insurance transfer:

First, social security transfer process in the same city:

Now you don't have to transfer to social security in the same city. As long as the original unit stops paying social security, employees can buy social security directly with their ID numbers in the new unit.

Second, the social security transfer process:

1. The social security agency of the newly insured place will review the application for transfer and continuation, and send an acceptance letter to the social security agency of the original insured place;

2. Go through the transfer formalities at the social security agency of the original insured place;

3. Then the social security agency of the newly insured place accepts the transfer procedures and funds. After the three processes are completed, the transfer and connection procedures can be completed. The policy stipulates that each process needs at most 15 working days, which means that for the insured, all formalities can be completed within at most 45 working days.

Legal objectivity:

People's Republic of China (PRC) labor contract law

The employing unit shall keep the text of the dissolved or terminated labor contract for at least two years for future reference.
