Social security cards can be transferred, but not all types of insurance can be transferred together. At present, only pension insurance and medical insurance can be transferred, but unemployment, work injury and maternity insurance cannot be transferred. If the social security payment company is changed locally, the insured person can directly transfer the relevant information to the company personnel to continue to pay. If the social security payment is cut off because of unemployment or job hopping, the new company will continue to pay social security after finding a new job.
