Why didn't the medical insurance card arrive?

1. Does the social security paid by your company only include in-patient or out-patient personal accounts? If only hospitalization is included, no money can be found on the card, only outpatient personal account can be included;

2. Does the medical insurance card need to be recharged by itself (in some places, it is called deposit)? We do. Every month, the medical insurance bureau will deposit a sum of money in your personal account, but it will not be automatically transferred to the medical insurance card. You need to recharge your money at the corresponding medical insurance recharge machine in the hospital/drugstore/bank, and the money can only be found out by calling the medical insurance card from your personal account.
