I'm going to buy a house in Zhengzhou, but all of them are foreign accounts and don't work in Zhengzhou. What if there is no tax payment certificate, social security certificate and temporary residence permit? Zhengzhou real estate purchase restriction policy stipulates that foreign household registration in Zhengzhou needs to issue a tax payment or social security certificate that has been in Zhengzhou for 24 months. All social insurance certificates and personal income tax payment certificates paid after March 20 17 are no longer valid certificates for buying a house.

Only when the customer holds the tax payment or social security certificate in Zhengzhou, his ID card, household registration book, marital status and the housing certificate in the area where the customer's household registration is located can he apply for buying a family house in Zhengzhou.
