The difference between social security for individual workers and social security for flexible employees.

Is there a difference between the social security paid by flexible employees themselves and the social security paid by enterprise employees? Why? In fact, it is exactly the same social security as employees in enterprises, and as flexible employees, they are completely free to transfer to work units and continue to pay their own personal social security. In other words, if you find a new work unit as a flexible employee, you can completely transfer your personal social security from the form of flexible employment to the work unit to participate in the insurance. Then the accumulated years of social security paid by you in the form of flexible employment, including your personal social security account, can be freely transferred and then accumulated. Then if the enterprise pays social security normally on this basis, your years will automatically accumulate. Therefore, the pension insurance of the two is actually the same.
