There are two ways to query social security cards.

The first social security card query method:

1, call the social security card hotline 099 1- 12333 for enquiry;

2. Bring your ID card and social security card directly to the service hall window of the Municipal Social Security Bureau.

The second social security card query method:

1. Inquire directly in the service hall of Urumqi Social Security Bureau;

2. Go to the designated hospitals and pharmacies paid by medical insurance.
