Regulations on Work-Related Injury Insurance

Article 39 If an employee dies in the course of his work, his next of kin shall receive from the Work-Related Injury Insurance Fund the funeral grant, the pension for the dependent relatives, and the one-time work-related death grant in accordance with the following provisions:
