Therefore, the insured need not worry about whether to retire as an employee.

Retirement as a worker, like retirement as a flexible employee, shows that there is no difference in overpayment.

Flexible employees, like normal retirees, need to pay the minimum old-age insurance 15 years to reach the legal retirement age (60 years for men and 55 years for women). Flexible employment is different from ordinary employees who need help from enterprises, but they need to go to the corresponding social security agencies themselves.
