Second-generation social security card has _pay_

The second-generation Social Security card does not have a "flash payment label" in the lower right corner.

The third-generation social security card has a UnionPay "flash payment label" in the lower right corner of the card face. There are two types of cards, one with "XX Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security" printed in the upper left corner of the card face and the "flash label" in the lower right corner. The second type of card has the words "XX Resident Service Card" printed on the upper left corner of the card face and the "flash payment label" on the lower right corner. The two technologies are the same, and the application scenarios are the same.
