If the payment of social security is interrupted within 5 years before the date of purchase, but not more than 3 months (including 3 months), the accumulated payment of social security for 60 months in our city within 5 and a half years before the date of purchase, and if other purchase conditions are met, commercial housing can be purchased. Continuous payment and accumulated payment do not include overdue payment.
