What information do I need for a new social security card?

1. If I handle it, I must show my resident identity card (including a copy) and household registration book.

2. If an agent is entrusted by others, it shall issue the client's resident identity card (including a copy) and household registration book, as well as the client's social security card and household registration book, and submit a written power of attorney signed or sealed by the client.
