Can I deduct a tax after paying social security?

The social security paid cannot be deducted before tax.

According to Article 57 of the Social Insurance Law, the employer shall, within 30 days from the date of its establishment, apply to the local social insurance agency for social insurance registration. Social insurance agencies will examine and issue social insurance registration certificates. If the employer's social insurance registration changes or the employer terminates according to law, it shall also go to the social insurance agency to change or cancel the social insurance registration within the specified time.
