Within the scope of six districts (three districts, Yinzhou District, zhenhai district and Beilun District) in Ningbo (except Yuyao, Ninghai, Xiangshan and Fenghua), the proportion of employees paying five insurances is:

Endowment insurance: enterprises pay 12%(228.96 yuan) of the social security contribution base, and employees pay 8%( 152.64 yuan);

Medical insurance: enterprises pay11%of the social security payment base (209.88 yuan), and employees pay 2%(38. 16 yuan);

Unemployment insurance: enterprises pay 2%(38. 16 yuan) of the social security payment base, and employees pay 1%( 19.08 yuan) (rural hukou is not required);

Maternity insurance: enterprises pay 0.7%( 13.36 yuan) of the social security payment base, and employees do not have to pay;

Work-related injury insurance: the enterprise pays 0.6%-2.1%(11.45-40.07 yuan) of the social security payment base, and the employees don't have to pay it, depending on different situations.
