(1) Office (Administrative Examination and Approval Section)

(4) Social Insurance Section
Responsible for the county's basic old-age insurance, unemployment insurance, basic medical insurance, industrial injury insurance, maternity insurance and rural old-age insurance (including the old-age security for landless farmers) management; To formulate policies for the county's basic old-age insurance, unemployment insurance, basic medical insurance, industrial injury insurance, maternity insurance and rural old-age insurance (including the old-age security for landless farmers) and organize their implementation; Responsible for the identification of work-related injuries of employees in enterprises and institutions throughout the county; Responsible for the business guidance, supervision and inspection of social security agencies; Responsible for the management and annual examination of designated medical institutions and pharmacies in the county; Supervise the collection, management, payment and operation of social insurance funds according to law.
(5) Mediation and Arbitration Section (Labor Security Supervision Section, Labor Security Supervision Brigade)
Responsible for the acceptance, mediation and arbitration of labor and personnel dispute cases; Improve grassroots mediation organizations to guide the prevention and mediation of labor and personnel disputes; Responsible for supervising and inspecting the implementation of labor laws and regulations, accepting, investigating and supervising labor violation cases according to law; Organize and handle emergencies involving labor relations; Implement the comprehensive working hours system, rest and vacation system and special protection policies for female workers and underage workers; Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers and coordinate the handling of major incidents involving migrant workers.
To publicize the laws, regulations and rules of national labor security, and urge the employing units to implement them; Promote the construction of labor inspection system and informatization; Responsible for the labor supervision, statistics and analysis of migrant workers; To supervise and inspect the employers' compliance with laws, regulations and rules on labor security; Accepting reports and complaints about violations of labor security laws, regulations and rules; Investigate and deal with cases that violate labor security laws, regulations and rules according to law, and impose administrative penalties on illegal acts; To undertake other labor security supervision duties as stipulated by laws, regulations and rules.
