Does it matter that social security has been cut off for three months?
If the payment of social security has been suspended for more than 1 month, it needs to be paid back, otherwise the eligibility and amount of social security benefits may be affected. Specifically, social security needs to be paid after three months. If it is not paid in time, it will affect personal social security benefits, such as pension insurance, medical insurance and unemployment insurance.
Generally, there are two repayment methods:
1. One-time payment: all social security fees shall be paid in one lump sum during the suspension period;
2. Payment by installments: The social security fees during the suspension period will be paid by installments, which are generally divided into 3 months or 6 months.
The materials for social security payment for 3 months include:
1, social security payment certificate or social security card: you need to provide payment certificate or social security card to prove your social security payment record;
2. Identification: Personal identification, such as ID card, household registration book and other valid documents;
3. Payment application: you need to fill out an application for social security withholding, and you need to fill in your basic personal information, payment record and payment period;
4. Payment list or payment receipt: a monthly social security payment list or payment receipt is required to prove the individual's social security payment;
5. Other relevant materials: such as social security personal accounts.
To sum up, social security payment period and payment period will have different effects on social security benefits. If the payment of social security is suspended for more than 6 months, it may have a permanent impact on the individual's pension insurance benefits, resulting in a reduction in pension benefits after retirement. Therefore, it is suggested that after the social security payment is cut off, the social security should be paid as soon as possible, so as not to affect the personal social security benefits.
