(1) Insurance for new units.

(3) Fill in the Form of Increase of Social Insurance Personnel in Taiyuan City (with the official seal of the unit).

④ Apply for social insurance registration certificate.

(1) An individual must apply for new insurance with his/her ID card or household registration book.
