(5) Interview
The interview is jointly organized and implemented by the organization department of the county party Committee, the county human resources and social security bureau and the party organization (competent department) of the employer. According to the ratio of 2: 1 to the number of positions to be transferred, the interviewer is determined according to the total score of written test from high to low. If the last place is tied, they will enter the interview together.
