The county finance fully allocates funds to public institutions, and the selection scope of posts in other public institutions (post number 1- 15) does not include education system and health system personnel; The selection scope of posts in health institutions (post number 16-2 1) does not include education system personnel; The job selection scope of Yudong Health School (job number 22-23) includes education system personnel.

(2) Qualification

1. Good political quality, good conduct, outstanding achievements, recognized by the masses;

2. Have other qualifications and conditions required for the post to be transferred (the deadline for work experience and age calculation is 1 day before registration);

3. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

4. Have passed the annual assessment in the last five years or above (those who have worked for less than five years shall be audited according to the actual working years);

5. Comply with the relevant provisions of avoidance. After selection, you may not apply for the position with avoidance relationship as stipulated in the Regulations on the Avoidance of Personnel Management in Public Institutions.

One of the following circumstances, shall not participate in the open selection:

(1) is in probation;

(two) the period of punishment or the affected period;

(3) Important official duties are not completed and must be handled by myself;

(4) Failing to fulfill the minimum service years (years) stipulated in the recruitment announcement of the current work unit (post) or the employment contract signed by both parties;

(5) Working in the current work unit for less than 2 years;

(3) graduation (degree) certificate and major

Applicants should apply with the graduation (degree) certificate they have obtained. Applicants who have graduated from domestic colleges and universities must submit proof of academic qualifications (degrees) when registering on the spot. Applicants who have graduated from overseas colleges and universities must show their academic qualifications (degree) certification from the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education at the time of on-site registration.

For the vocational qualification examination, please refer to the Vocational Reference Catalogue of Civil Servants in Chongqing (revised in the second half of 20 15) (Annex 3). The vocational qualification examination shall be based on the professional name specified in the graduation certificate (excluding the related certificates of minor or minor degree, but including the second bachelor's degree certificate). Applicants should be honest, accurate and standardized in reporting their graduation majors when registering. 4. Calculation of written test scores

Total written test scores of two subjects = public subjects ×40%+ professional subjects ×60% (rounded to two decimal places).

Total written test score of a subject = public subject score (rounded to two decimal places).

(5) Interview

The interview is jointly organized and implemented by the organization department of the county party Committee, the county human resources and social security bureau and the party organization (competent department) of the employer. According to the ratio of 2: 1 to the number of positions to be transferred, the interviewer is determined according to the total score of written test from high to low. If the last place is tied, they will enter the interview together. If the interview ratio is not reached, the number of selection places will be reduced or the selection will be cancelled accordingly; If the number of interviewees cannot be reduced, the organization department of the county party Committee and the party organization of the commercial unit (competent department) of the county human resources and social security bureau shall decide whether to continue the selection.

3. Interview requirements: the interviewer must bring the admission ticket and ID card to the designated place for an interview at the specified time. The selection department should carefully formulate inspection standards and work plans, and communicate with the unit where the inspection object is located in time.
