Influence of not paying social security in full on employees

If the company fails to pay social security for its employees in full, and the employees unilaterally terminate the labor contract, they will get the following compensation: employees will get one month's salary compensation for every year they work in the company; Work for more than six months and less than one year, according to one year; Those who are less than six months can get half a month's salary compensation.

Article 46 of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) is under any of the following circumstances, the employer shall pay economic compensation to the employee: (1) The employee terminates the labor contract in accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of this Law. Article 47 of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall pay economic compensation to the laborer according to the standard of one month's salary for each full year of working in this unit. For more than six months but less than one year, it shall be counted as one year; If it is less than six months, economic compensation of half a month's salary shall be paid to the workers. Article 48 of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), if the employer dissolves or terminates the labor contract in violation of the provisions of this law, and the employee requests to continue to perform the labor contract, the employer shall continue to perform it; If the laborer does not request to continue to perform the labor contract or the labor contract cannot be continued, the employer shall pay compensation in accordance with the provisions of Article 87 of this Law.
