3. If the cardholder cannot use the social security application password because he has forgotten it, he can reset the social security application password.

4. When the cardholder resets the social security application password, he shall go to the corresponding human resources and social security department with valid identity documents.

5. If the cardholder cannot unlock and reset the password by himself for special reasons, he may entrust an agent to handle it. The agent shall handle it with his valid ID card and the cardholder's valid ID card.
