(II) Families with two or more sets of registered residents in this Municipality have less than 1 set (including 1 set) of their own houses in this Municipality, or adult single families with registered residents in this Municipality and families without registered residents in this Municipality have no own houses in this Municipality.

Three, in other districts (cities) and counties of our city, the new purchase of commercial housing or second-hand housing, the purchaser should have the household registration in this city, or non-local household registration, but in this city, stable employment and continuous payment of social security 12 months or more.

Four, after the divorce, any family member to buy commercial housing or second-hand housing within two years, the number of housing owned by the total number of families before the divorce. Parents who take refuge in adult children's families may not buy houses as separate families.

Five, the newly purchased commercial housing or second-hand housing in this city, must obtain the property certificate for 3 years before the transfer.
