(1) Transfer to this city: Personal account can be transferred to Dalian temporary account. Transfer from other places: 1, original and photocopy of ID card; 2, the employer's labor contract; 3, the transfer of social security institutions issued by the "basic old-age insurance payment certificate". Note: If the insured person is transferred from other provinces to our city for employment, the employer or the insured person shall, after establishing the basic old-age insurance relationship with the social security agency in the new place of employment, apply to the social security agency in the new place of employment for transfer in other places, show the payment voucher for insurance, and fill out the Application Form for Transfer and Continuation of Basic Old-age Insurance Relationship.
