(3) He has paid social insurance for more than 7 years continuously in Beijing;"

Article 12 of the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Detailed Rules for the Operation and Management of Points Settlement in Beijing (for Trial Implementation) (No.64 issued by Beijing Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2065438+08]) stipulates: "Interpretation of eligibility conditions ... (3) Continuous payment of social insurance in Beijing for 7 years or more: as of June 65438+February 3 1, the application for points settlement began. The actual payment record should be formed before 65438+February 3 1 in the previous year when the application for settlement of points began, and the payment status is normal. "

According to the document, the social security requirements for the settlement of points are:

(1) has been paying social security in Beijing for 7 consecutive years (as of 65438+ February 3 of last year1);

(2) The accumulated overdue records shall not exceed 5 months;

(3) The current payment status is normal.

In other words, this measure considers humanization, allowing the cumulative payment record to not exceed 5 months.

If the social security is not paid due to the employer's reasons, as mentioned above, it is necessary to confirm and verify the labor relations and to verify the payment base, so the payment business is naturally an examination and approval business. In order to ensure the strictness, some more credible evidence materials will be added during the examination and approval. For example, a "personal income tax list" is needed during the overdue period.
