3. Employees should go through the retirement formalities in the talent center in advance and fill in the registration form for retirees. After being audited by the relevant labor department, the corresponding endowment insurance premium and filing fee shall be paid;

4. In addition to normal retirement, there are cases of early retirement due to illness and special types of work.
