Personal social security payment period certificate

1. Issued by the Social Security Bureau: it is applicable to the issuance of social security certificates that need to provide the social security payment list for each period from the date of enrollment.

With my ID card, go to the Social Security Fund Administration (the address is next to the bus stop in Gangxia Village, Caitian Road, Futian District), and the window staff will print out your social security payment list for each period, and affix the official seal of the Social Security Bureau as your social security voucher.

2. Entrust the enterprise manager to the social security bureau to issue: the enterprise issues relevant documents and affix the official seal of the enterprise, and go to the social security window for processing. After the window is approved, print the social security certificate of the corresponding employee for the enterprise.
