Social security can be paid. In principle, social security needs to be paid within the specified date, but the law does not stipulate that it cannot be paid after the time. In practice, social security can generally be repaid. According to the provisions of Article 58 of the Social Insurance Law, the employer shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for its employees. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay. At the same time, Article 63 of the Law stipulates that if the employer fails to pay the social insurance premium in full, the social insurance premium collection agency shall order it to pay it back. Under normal circumstances, whether supplementary social security can be implemented depends on the specific situation of our city.
