The bank entrusts the deduction. The payer can choose any outlet of 9 banks to sign a payment agreement, or sign an agreement through Alipay and WeChat to entrust the bank to deduct the medical insurance fee from the contracted account. The payer who has signed the Agreement on Payment of Urban and Rural Residents' Medical Insurance with the bank does not need to re-sign it within the validity period of the agreement, and it is deemed that the account has signed a withholding agreement on serious illness payment.

When signing an agreement with a bank, you need to carry your ID card and bank card for deduction, and deposit the payable amount into the corresponding deduction account. The insured shall bear the consequences of incorrect or unsuccessful deduction due to insufficient funds, abnormal account status and other reasons.

Pay at the bank counter. Payers can carry their ID cards directly to the corresponding bank counters for credit card and cash payment.

Alipay and wechat payment. Open Alipay or WeChat → Search for "Zhejiang Tax and Social Security Payment" → Pay. The same registered account can pay up to 20 people.

Electronic tax bureau pays the fee. Open the browser, log in to etax.zhejiang.Chinatax.gov.cn → click "User Name Login" → click "Social Security Payment for Urban and Rural Residents" to enter the operation interface.

Pay by self-service machine. Bring your ID card to the 365 convenience service center or the tax service hall for self-service payment.
