Weinan City belongs to Shaanxi Province. Dali County belongs to Weinan City, Shaanxi Province. The two areas belong to a co-ordination area, and the social security in the province does not need to be transferred. As long as employees pay social security in Weinan City, the social security in Dali County will automatically accumulate.

Urban transfer

1, insurance certificate (printed in the transfer window of the social security bureau at the transfer place)

Transfer process in the city:

1. Take the social insurance registration certificate to the social security center to get the social insurance cancellation application form.

2. Fill in the application form to see if there are any records of default on medical insurance and four insurances. If there is no staff, sign and seal it. If you owe money, you need to pay the fees owed to the staff.

3. Take the stamped application form, and then go back to the registration office to fill in the "XX Social Insurance Unit Information Registration Change Form" (hereinafter referred to as the "Change Form") in quadruplicate, seal it and give it to the staff to receive three change forms and a "Certificate of Cross-regional Transfer of Basic Medical Insurance Relationship".

4. Go through the transfer formalities at the transfer area on the specified date.
