Social security card processing flow:

3. All branches of Qingdao Social Insurance Bureau and social insurance agencies in all districts and cities are responsible for accepting business card printing applications. First, check whether the roster of personnel and written application materials are accurate, whether the identity certificate of the agent is carried, and whether the business card printing fee is paid. For those who meet the handling conditions, carry out business card printing operation, and for those who do not meet the handling conditions, inform the parties how to handle it at one time;
4. Card-making personnel carry out card-making operation through the card management system, print customized card-making information through the card-making machine to make labor security cards, issue new cards through the card-issuing program, and then check the card-issuing through the card verification program in the card management system;
5. After the card issuance is verified, the register of increase or decrease, application materials and a copy of the ID card shall be retained, and the card can be used only after the parties or agents register and sign it;
6. At the end of each month, each district office will inspect the current business card printing situation and submit the inspection results to the Labor Security Card Management Office for review;
7. The municipal social insurance agency shall inspect the business card printing of the agencies in each district every six months.
