China Bank Financial Social Security Card Social Security Account Information Inquiry

You can check social security account information through personal online banking and mobile banking of BOC. Before inquiring, you must first associate the social security card with mobile banking, and ensure that the financial account and medical insurance account of the social security card have been activated.

1. You can log in to personal online banking, click "Bank Account", select "Account Overview" and query my personal medical insurance account, then you can query the balance and transaction details of medical insurance account.

2. You can find the account marked "medical insurance" in the upper right corner by logging in to mobile banking-account management, and its corresponding account is the financial account in the social security card. Click on the financial account to enter the account details, and its medical insurance account will be displayed in the lower right corner of the function bar icon. Click on it to query the balance and payment details of the medical insurance account and other related information.
