How to handle the surrender procedures?

The procedures required for returning social security are as follows:

1, the unit or individual brings information to the local social labor and social security bureau;

2, the Labor and Social Security Bureau counter after the preliminary examination, print the "social insurance fee refund application form", "social insurance fee refund list" returned to the insured units or individuals as the acceptance certificate;

3. Check the refund, and the Ministry of Labor will review the welfare distribution;

4. Get a refund.

Legal basis: Article 58 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law.

The employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for its employees. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.

Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration.

The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.

What materials are needed for social security surrender?

1, the unit is the seal of the wear table;

2. The employee fills in and seals the Application Form for Retirement of Endowment Insurance and One-time Living Allowance for Unemployment Insurance;

3. Original and photocopy of ID card;

4. The agency also needs to provide the original and photocopy of the agent's ID card and the legal power of attorney of the notary office;

5. If you go abroad to settle down, you need to provide proof of going abroad and cancellation documents.
