What should I do if the company fails to adjust the payment base?

The company can only adjust the payment base, not the proportion of social security contributions.

For example, the average social wage in a certain place is 5,000 yuan/year, and the minimum contribution ratio cannot be lower than 60% and the maximum contribution ratio cannot be higher than 300%, but the respective proportions of enterprises and employees remain unchanged.

Endowment insurance enterprises bear 20%, and individuals bear 8%;

The medical insurance company bears 7.5% and the individual bears 2%;

Unemployment insurance enterprises bear 2%, and individuals bear1%;

Maternity insurance companies bear 0.8%, and individuals do not pay;

Industrial injury insurance companies bear 1%, and individuals do not pay.

Take the endowment insurance as an example. Enterprises pay 50000/ 12*60%*20%, and individuals pay 50000/ 12*60%*8%.

60% of them can be adjusted by enterprises themselves.
