When did Dongfeng Company start to pay social security?

The state requires enterprises to pay social security for employees from 1995.

Social endowment insurance was implemented by the state from 1986. At that time, state-owned enterprises only implemented the labor contract system to pay endowment insurance, and the endowment insurance payment system was implemented from 199 1. Due to the different progress in different places, most provinces and cities began to implement it from 1992.

Chapter IX of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that the state shall develop social insurance, establish a social insurance system and set up a social insurance fund to help and compensate workers in cases of old age, illness, work injury, unemployment and maternity. The level of social insurance should be compatible with the level of social and economic development and social affordability.
