Early Retirement Procedures
1. Preliminary assessment and application preparation: The employee first confirms whether he/she meets the conditions for early retirement, such as the number of years of special work, total loss of labor capacity, etc. The employee then prepares the required documents and submits them to the social security department for approval. Prepare the required materials, such as special work scope approval documents, personal files, ID cards, household registers, social security payment records, copies of medical records, labor capacity appraisal certificates, and retirement application reports.
2. Labor capacity appraisal: For those who apply for early retirement due to total loss of labor capacity, they need to first go to the Comprehensive Building of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for labor capacity appraisal and obtain the appraisal results.

5. Going through the formalities: After the approval of early retirement, the social security department will account for the retirement benefits and inform the applicant to come for the subsequent formalities. The applicant will go to the social security office to confirm the eligibility for pension benefits and apply for a pension card and other related formalities as required.
6. Receiving pension: After all the formalities are completed, the applicant can start to receive pension from the next month according to the regulations.
