Xi Affordable Housing Management Center recently issued the Notice on Issues Related to Adjusting the Access Conditions of Price-limited Commodity Housing in Our City. From June 30th, non-local households who apply for the qualification to purchase price-limited commercial housing in Liu Cheng District, Chang 'an District Administrative District, High-tech Zone, Economic Development Zone, Qujiang New District, Chanba Ecological Zone, Space Base, International Port Area and Fengdong New Town Planning Area must provide them with continuous access to our city. At present, the price-limited rooms in Xi 'an are Xi 'an Aerospace City, Qujiang Lin Yu, Gaoxin Shangju and Meiyu Hua Ting.

It is reported that when applying for the purchase qualification of the above-mentioned regional price-limited houses, the residence permit, the residence permit acceptance form and the employment contract signed by the applicant and his work unit will no longer be provided. The overdue personal income tax or social insurance certificate shall not be used as a valid certificate for applying for the qualification of buying a house. The housing security department and the talent market have accepted the application of non-local registered households to purchase price-limited commodity housing in our city, and the original policy shall prevail.

It is also known that after the announcement of the Notice of the Municipal Government on Relevant Issues Concerning the Adjustment of Housing Transaction Policies in Our City on June 28, the Municipal Housing Management Bureau is working with relevant departments to study and formulate detailed implementation rules for implementing the document. After the approval of the municipal government, the detailed rules for implementation will be published in official website in time.
