Non-local registered families who do not own 1 apartment in this city and have paid social insurance or personal income tax in this city for more than 5 years (inclusive) hold valid temporary residence permit in this city/residence permit in Beijing, and are restricted from buying 1 apartment (including new commercial housing and second-hand housing); Non-local households with 1 set or more houses will be suspended from selling their houses in this city; Non-local registered families who cannot provide valid Beijing temporary residence permit/residence permit and proof of paying social insurance or personal income tax in this city for more than 5 consecutive years will suspend the sale of their houses in this city.
