How to calculate the length of service of civil servants before joining the job

Example 1, from July 2008 to present, 2008 1+2009 1 = 2 years.

Example 2. From August 2008 to 2009, I joined the grassroots work 1 year.

Example 3: Participated in grassroots work from June 2007 to February 2007, 2008 1 year +2009 1 year =2 years (less than half a year in 2007 1 month, not counting).

Example 4: From June 2007 to March 2008, I took part in grass-roots work, and then I stopped working. Since I joined the grassroots work in June 2008, I counted 1 year in 2008 (from March to March, I counted 10- 10).
