Social Security Process of Non-trans-city Transfer in Henan Province;

1, individual: submit a copy of ID card to the current insured unit;

Now the insured unit: hold a copy of the employee ID card to the local social security to receive information such as the bank account number of the social security center;

2. Individuals: submit local social security account information to the original insured unit;

Original insured unit: handle the transfer formalities with the local social security account information;

Required materials: social security exemption form, local social security account information, and some applications for transfer in different places that need to be written by myself;

3. The local social security association will remit a part of the personal account of endowment insurance to the local social security, and give a transfer form of endowment insurance. Some also have materials such as confirmation letter of fund transfer;

4, the original insured unit settles, the endowment insurance transfer form, fund transfer confirmation letter and other materials to me;

5. Individuals: submit the pension insurance transfer form, fund transfer confirmation letter and other materials to the insured unit;

Insured units: check with the local social security finance department whether they have received the pension insurance transfer form, fund transfer confirmation letter and other materials. If it has arrived, please ask the finance department to stamp the official seal on the transfer bill to confirm the entry;

6. Then fill in the social insurance personal account transfer form (need my signature), hold the insurance transfer form or payment details, and fill it out at the local social security office.

Cross-regional social security consolidation method:

1, the original unit declared that it would stop our social security;

2. Go to the social security window with my ID card to handle the transfer of social security relations;

3. Social Security Relationship Transfer Form issued by the social security window;

4. Paying social security in new cities is either on-the-job or "flexible employees";

5. With my ID card, social security relationship transfer form and one-inch bareheaded photo, go to the social security window in the new city to handle the social security relationship transfer.

Materials required for social security transfer and merger in different places:

1, ID card or household registration book;

2. Social security number;

3, "basic old-age insurance payment certificate";

4, the basic old-age insurance relationship transfer application form.

If an individual is employed across the overall planning area, his basic old-age insurance relationship will be transferred with him, and the payment period will be calculated cumulatively. When an individual reaches the statutory retirement age, the basic pension is calculated in stages and distributed uniformly. Specific measures shall be formulated by the State Council.

Article 32

If an individual is employed across the overall planning area, his basic medical insurance relationship will be transferred accordingly, and the payment period will be calculated cumulatively.

Article 52

If an employee is employed across the overall planning area, his unemployment insurance relationship will be transferred with himself, and the payment period will be calculated cumulatively.
