1, Chengdu residence permit processing conditions
From now on, the residence permit in Chengdu will be divided into "Chengdu Residence Permit" and "Chengdu Temporary Residence Permit", which will be valid for five years and one year respectively. Every 12 months, you need to go to the police station to confirm the information, otherwise the function will be suspended.
According to the length of residence and employment status, the floating population receives different certificates respectively. Those who intend to live in Chengdu for more than 1 month should apply for a temporary residence permit in Chengdu. If you plan to live in Chengdu for more than 1 year and meet one of the following conditions, you can get a residence permit in Chengdu: sign a labor contract with the employer and pay social insurance premiums in the labor and social security department of your place of residence for more than 6 months; Persons who have obtained business licenses in the administrative department for industry and commerce; Persons who have purchased housing in the housing management department or registered for housing lease, and paid social insurance premiums for more than six months in the labor and social security department of their place of residence; Persons who meet the conditions for settlement in Chengdu, but have not moved into the household registration; Minor children of Chengdu residence permit holders.
2. Time to apply for a certificate
From 20114, Chengdu Public Security Bureau has applied for residence permit for floating population, and floating population can apply to the local police station. If the validity period of the original temporary residence permit is not full, the original permit will continue to be valid, and the residence permit will be renewed in accordance with the regulations after the expiration of the validity period.
If the floating population arrives in Chengdu and intends to live for more than 7 days, it shall report to the police station for residence registration within 7 days. If the employment time is planned to be more than one month, the employer shall apply for a residence permit within seven days after employment. If the floating population terminates or terminates the labor contract with the employer, the employer shall report to the accepting institution within seven days after the floating population leaves.
Housing lessors or housing intermediaries shall register their names, types and numbers of identity documents, residence permits and other basic information within 24 hours after renting out the floating population, and report the basic information of the floating population together with the detailed address of their residence to the accepting institution within seven days; For those who have not applied for a residence permit, the lessor shall urge the floating population to apply for a residence permit within seven days after leasing.
If the floating population cancels or terminates the housing lease contract with the lessor, the lessor or the housing intermediary agency and its entrusted agent shall report to the accepting institution within seven days after the floating population leaves. Housing lessors or housing intermediaries and their entrusted agents fail to register and report the basic situation of the floating population in accordance with the provisions, and the public security organs at the county level shall, according to the seriousness of the case, impose a warning or a fine of more than 2,000 yuan in 200 yuan on the responsible person.
3. What information does the certificate need?
To apply for a temporary residence permit, you need a resident ID card or residence booklet, proof of residence, proof of marriage and childbearing of floating population, and a recent photo of 1 person. To apply for residence permit in Chengdu, you need to provide additional labor contract, social security certificate, business license and house ownership certificate.
