Attract and gather high-level talents, support the establishment of career development platform, support enterprises to attract and train talents, support the development of headquarters enterprises and listed enterprises, attract college students to find jobs and start businesses, attract talents to return to their hometowns to innovate and start businesses, establish a "through train" mechanism for talent introduction, provide all-round housing security, provide all-round services for high-level talents, and provide services for institutions and talents stationed in Shanghai.

First, the introduction of the object should also meet the following conditions:

1, has the nationality of China people, supports the leadership of China * * * production party, and abides by the Constitution and laws;

2. Have good conduct and professional ethics, have the working ability required by the job introduction and the physical conditions for normal performance of duties;

3. Generally, undergraduate students are not over 30 years old, graduate students are not over 35 years old and doctoral students are not over 40 years old. In Dalat Banner, the age of full-time undergraduate graduates who meet the registration requirements is relaxed to 35 years old (inclusive), and the age of master students is relaxed to 40 years old (inclusive). The age is calculated from the date of publication of the manual.

Two, the introduction of talents need to meet the following conditions:

Third, the procedures for talent introduction:

Article 1 In order to create a social atmosphere of respecting, serving and retaining talents, attract more college graduates and other talents to work and start businesses in Hohhot, and provide them with all-round services, these Measures are formulated in accordance with Article 10 of Hohhot's Talent Attraction Policy (Trial) (Hudangfa [202 1] 13).

Article 2 Rent subsidy. Full-time college graduates with bachelor degree or above who are employed in non-public enterprises in this city or start their own businesses within two years will be given rental subsidies, and doctoral students, master students and undergraduates will be given monthly subsidies of 1000 yuan, 800 yuan and 500 yuan respectively (the subsidy period will not exceed 24 months).

Article 3 Subsidies for affordable rental housing. For those who rent affordable rental housing and meet the conditions for talent identification, they can enjoy preferential rent policy, and doctoral students, master students and undergraduates can reduce the rent 100%, 50% and 30% respectively (the subsidy period does not exceed 60 months).

Article 4 Housing purchase subsidies. Full-time college graduates with bachelor degree or above who are employed or start their own businesses in non-public enterprises in this city within five years after graduation and buy houses in this city for the first time will be given housing subsidies, and doctoral students, master students and undergraduates will be given one-time subsidies of 654.38 million yuan, 50,000 yuan and 30,000 yuan respectively.
