First, the introduction of the object should also meet the following conditions:

Article 1 In order to create a social atmosphere of respecting, serving and retaining talents, attract more college graduates and other talents to work and start businesses in Hohhot, and provide them with all-round services, these Measures are formulated in accordance with Article 10 of Hohhot's Talent Attraction Policy (Trial) (Hudangfa [202 1] 13).

Article 2 Rent subsidy. Full-time college graduates with bachelor degree or above who are employed in non-public enterprises in this city or start their own businesses within two years will be given rental subsidies, and doctoral students, master students and undergraduates will be given monthly subsidies of 1000 yuan, 800 yuan and 500 yuan respectively (the subsidy period will not exceed 24 months).

Article 3 Subsidies for affordable rental housing. Article 4 Housing purchase subsidies. Full-time college graduates with bachelor degree or above who are employed or start their own businesses in non-public enterprises in this city within five years after graduation and buy houses in this city for the first time will be given housing subsidies, and doctoral students, master students and undergraduates will be given one-time subsidies of 654.38 million yuan, 50,000 yuan and 30,000 yuan respectively.
