What procedures and process materials are needed for social security transfer in Shaanxi?

Social security transfer refers to the process of pension insurance relationship transfer when the insured person is employed across the overall planning area. Social security transfer needs to go through three processes, the insured only needs to apply, and the rest of the work is transferred by the social security departments of the two places.

Treatment conditions

1. The social security account of the insured has been suspended.

2. There is no record of arrears

3. Inter-provincial transfer also needs to meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Male under 50 years old and female under 40 years old;

(2) Returning to the place where the household registration is located for employment;

(3) Approved by organizations at or above the county level, human resources and social security departments;

(4) When reaching retirement age, the payment of the last insured place is less than 10 years, and the basic old-age insurance relationship is transferred to the last insured place for 10 years, or transferred to the household registration place because there is no insured place for more than 10 years.

Handling materials

In addition to the personal ID card and photocopy, you should also bring the following relevant information when handling the following insurance:

Endowment insurance:

"Basic old-age insurance payment certificate" (issued by the social security transfer unit)

Medical insurance:

1. Application Form for Transfer and Continuation of Basic Medical Insurance Relationship (issued by social security transfer unit)

2. Contact letter for the transfer of basic medical insurance relationship (issued by the place where social security is transferred)

Unemployment insurance:

Certificate of Transfer of Unemployment Insurance Relationship of Unemployed Persons

Provident Fund:

The acceptance letter of the provident fund issued by the accepting unit clearly states: the company's provident fund account number, the bank where the provident fund is opened, the bank account number, the company name and the company official seal.

Treatment process

1, print voucher

Go to the counter to print the basic old-age insurance payment voucher (and medical insurance voucher);

2. This certificate is issued to a new insurance institution.

Give the certificate to the new insured institution that will continue to pay the fee in the future;

3. The new insured institution sends the contact letter back to the original insured institution.

The new insured institution will send the basic old-age insurance transfer and connection letter (and the basic medical insurance transfer and connection letter) back to the original insured institution;

4. The original insurance institution sends the information form to the new insurance institution.

After receiving the contact letter, the original insured institution will send the Basic Endowment Insurance Transfer and Continuation Information Form (and the Basic Medical Insurance Type Change Information Form) to the new insured institution.

Handling place

If the insured person returns to the domicile (province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government, the same below) for employment and insurance, the relevant social security agency at the domicile shall handle the transfer and connection procedures in time.

If the insured fails to return to the place where the household registration is located for employment, the social security agency of the newly insured place shall handle the transfer and connection procedures in time.
