I. Scope of payment

1. Insured persons who have not paid the endowment insurance for residents in 2022.

Second, the payment level.

Third, the term of payment.

The payer can pay the endowment insurance premium for urban and rural residents through the following channels.

1. WeChat applet payment channel: Please use mobile phone WeChat to search for the "Jilin tax and social security payment" applet or scan the "QR code" below, and enter the system for the first time to automatically prompt to bind the micro signal and mobile phone number, that is, complete the real-name authentication process. After entering the "I want to pay" function, enter the ID number and name, select "Basic Old-age Insurance for Urban and Rural Residents", and complete the payment through WeChat after confirming the payment amount. Due to the need of epidemic prevention and control, please give priority to using WeChat applet to pay.

2. Bank payment channel: Please bring your ID card or household registration book to Gongzhuling Rural Commercial Bank (former credit cooperative), Gongzhuling Postal Savings Bank, Gongzhuling Industrial and Commercial Bank, Gongzhuling Construction Bank and Gongzhuling Sub-branch of Bank of China to pay the fee. When paying through the bank window, the payer needs to hold his original ID card and bank card. If it is someone else's agent, you also need to provide the original ID card of the agent.

4. Alipay payment channel: Please use Alipay to search for "Jilin tax and social security payment". After entering the applet, please follow the prompts to complete the registration, and you can log in directly next time without verification. Click the "social security payment" option, and you can choose to pay the basic old-age insurance premium for urban and rural residents for yourself or others. After entering the payer's name and ID number, please confirm the insurance information, select the insurance type, and determine the payment amount before completing the payment through Alipay.

5. Urban and rural residents who have not participated in urban and rural residents' insurance, please take the time to go through the registration formalities at the township and street social security offices, and then pay the fee.
