Renewal of children's health insurance in Hangzhou for the process:

(a) renewal of personnel

1. children and young people who have participated in the previous year's children's health insurance and are still eligible to participate in the insurance, if the previous year has been handled by the bank entrusted to withholding matters, you should promptly deposit the full amount of funds into the entrusted withholding account to ensure that the withholding of money successfully; not handled by the bank entrusted to withholding matters, you can bring the relevant materials (details of the fourth point of this notice) to the main urban areas of the Industrial and Commercial Bank or Hangzhou Bank business outlets for children's health insurance entrusted to withholding matters. If you have not done so, you can bring the relevant materials (see the fourth point of this notice) to the ICBC or Hangzhou Bank outlets in the main urban areas to do the entrusted withholding of children's health insurance, or you can choose to go to the place where the eligibility for participation (renewal) of the insurance audit is processed (see the third point of this notice, hereinafter collectively referred to as the required places) to do the children's health insurance payment.

2. The following persons must first go to the prescribed places for qualification examination before making contributions to the Children's Health Insurance.

(1) Students over 18 years of age who are still attending primary and secondary schools in the main city.

(2) Newly enrolled primary and secondary school students of non-main city household registration in the main city and children and youths of non-main city household registration whose parents' insurance status has changed.

(2) First-time enrollees

1. Children and teenagers under 18 years of age with household registration in the main urban area, presenting their household registers (originals and photocopies) as well as a one-inch photo to the prescribed location for enrollment.

2. Students over 18 years of age who are still studying in primary and secondary schools in the main urban areas will be processed at the designated place with the school's certificate of enrollment, their household registration book (original and copy) and a one-inch recent photo.

3. Primary and secondary school students who are not registered in the main urban area but are studying in the main urban area and one of whose parents has joined the employee health insurance in the main urban area will be processed in the prescribed place with the school's certificate of registration, their household register (original and copy), proof of relationship with the parent who has joined the employee health insurance in the main urban area, and a one-inch recent photo.

4. Preschool children who are not registered in the main city but live in the main city and one of whose parents has participated in the employee health insurance of the main city and has paid contributions for three years will be processed at the prescribed place with their hukou books (originals and photocopies), proofs of relationship with the parent who has participated in the employee health insurance of the main city, and a one-inch recent photo.

5. After the qualification examination and approval, the children's health insurance payment should be made at the same time at the prescribed place.

Materials and notes required for bank deduction

(1) Licensees should bring the relevant documents (originals and photocopies) to the specified place in time to apply for enrollment (renewal), and do not need to go to the bank to apply for deduction.

(2) Children and teenagers who are applying in person are required to provide the original of their valid identification documents (for minors under 16 years of age, the valid identification document is the resident's household registration book or resident's identity card; for adults over 16 years of age, the valid identification document is the resident's identity card, the same hereinafter) with the withholding account, and the minors under 16 years of age should have someone else apply for the account on behalf of them.

(3) If the withholding account is not the child's or young person's own, it is necessary to provide the withholding account for the person himself or herself, the child's or young person's original valid identification document and the withholding account.

(4) If you go to ICBC or Hangzhou Bank for withholding, you should hold a debit card of the corresponding bank.

(5) When applying for bank entrusted withholding business, you need to provide your cell phone number so that you can be informed of the success of the withholding by SMS, and if your cell phone number is changed, you should go to the bank's business branch in time to re-register.

(6) After applying for the bank entrusted withholding business, the full amount of funds should be deposited into the entrusted withholding account in a timely manner to ensure the success of the withholding.

(7) If you have already done entrusted withholding at the bank and need to change the name or ID number of your child or teenager, you should first go to the bank to do the withdrawal, and then go to the municipal or district social security agency to modify your personal information before you can go to the bank to re-apply for entrusted withholding, or you will not be able to do the withholding.

(viii) The business related to bank entrusted withholding should be handled by the withholding account holder himself.
