Apply for social security for employees who have left the company.

1. The social security that has been declared for participation cannot be cancelled, but only the interruption of participation can be declared: the staff of the employing unit shall apply for "interruption of social security" in the local social security system, and handle the dissolution of the labor contract for the resigned personnel in time; 2. After the employee resigns, he/she should go to the social security department where the social security relationship is located to register for unemployment, receive employment unemployment registration, and go through the formalities for transferring the social security relationship with the termination of the labor contract; 3. According to Article 50 of China's Social Insurance Law: (1) The employer shall issue a certificate of termination or dissolution of labor relations for the unemployed in time, and inform the social insurance agency of the list of unemployed persons within 15 days from the date of termination or dissolution of labor relations; (2) Unemployed persons shall, with the certificate of termination or dissolution of labor relations issued by their own units, register for unemployment at the designated public employment service institutions in time. (three) the unemployed with unemployment registration certificate and personal identification to the social insurance agencies to receive unemployment insurance procedures. The time limit for receiving unemployment insurance benefits shall be calculated from the date of unemployment registration.
