How to collect without social security card

Legal subjective:

1. If the social security card is applied for by the employer, the employer shall collect the card from the accepting organization by presenting a copy of the labor security certificate or the introduction letter of the employer and the Notice of Card Collection of the Unit and issue the card to the applicant in a timely manner, without any omission or late issuance.

2. If the social security card is applied for by an individual, he shall collect it from the accepting organization by presenting his personal valid documents and the Notice of Card Collection of the Individual; the delegate shall present his own valid documents, valid documents of the delegate and the Notice of Card Collection of the Individual. If the applicant entrusts another person to collect the card on his behalf, the entrusted person shall present his own valid ID and the valid ID of the entrusted person as well as the Individual Card Collection Notice
