Retirees from enterprises and institutions who live in different places and receive local social security pensions and living allowances need to bring their ID cards and the Retirees Receiving Pensions in Different Places Assistance Certificate (this form can be copied for later use) to the social insurance machine in the street (township) where they live in different places.
