How to handle the monthly subsidy of Kunshan self-employed?
1. subsidy. The newly recruited employees with employment difficulties (subject to the confirmation of the municipal human resources and social security department, the same below) must have no employment experience in their own units, groups or affiliated enterprises within one year before this employment, and have been employed continuously in their own units for six months after employment (subject to the normal payment of social insurance).
2. Subsidy standards. According to the minimum payment base announced by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance and unemployment insurance units will be fully subsidized.
3. Subsidies. The social insurance subsidies for newly recruited employees with employment difficulties shall be paid first and then supplemented. After being audited by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Finance Bureau, they shall be specifically allocated by the municipal employment management department. In the month of unpaid, overdue or interrupted payment of social insurance, social insurance subsidies are not enjoyed.

4. Declaration procedures. Eligible employers should apply for social insurance subsidies every May 1 1, and fill in the Application Form for Social Security Subsidies for Persons with Employment Difficulties (Annex 1) and the Roster of Social Security Subsidies for Persons with Employment Difficulties (Annex 2) with the labor contract, employment unemployment registration certificate and other materials.
Second, employees of former state-owned enterprises, collective enterprises (including small collective enterprises) and landless farmers whose land has reached 80% or more, who are identified as having urban female hukou and male hukou in this city over 45 years old, will be given social insurance subsidies.

Those who fail to pay social insurance on time before February 25 of that year do not enjoy the social insurance subsidies in the corresponding month of that year.
3. Declaration procedures. Eligible flexible employees shall pay social insurance premiums according to regulations, bring their resident identity cards, household registration books and employment unemployment registration certificates, fill in the Registration Form for Persons with Employment Difficulties in Kunshan City (Annex 3) and the Application Form for Social Insurance Subsidies for Flexible Employees in Kunshan City (Annex 4), apply for employment to the local village committees (neighborhood committees), and go through the application procedures at the municipal employment management department.
4. During the period of enjoying social insurance subsidies, flexible employees will stop enjoying social insurance subsidies under any of the following circumstances.
(1) is recruited by the employer;
(2) Suspension of flexible employment;
(3) Enjoy your benefits during unemployment insurance;
(four) other circumstances that should stop enjoying social insurance subsidies.
