1. Procedures and locations of social security relationship transfer:

(1) If the insured person of the basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents needs to transfer the basic old-age insurance relationship between urban and rural residents across regions during the payment period, he can apply for the transfer of the old-age insurance relationship at the place where he moves in (the social security department of the place where he moves in must agree to receive it);

(2) transfer all the storage amount in the personal account at one time, and continue to participate in the insurance payment according to the regulations of the place of immigration, and the payment period is calculated cumulatively;

(three) have received the basic old-age insurance benefits for urban and rural residents in accordance with the regulations, regardless of whether the household registration is transferred or not, the pension insurance relationship is not transferred, and its survival certificate is the responsibility of the social insurance agency where the benefits are distributed.

2. Documents to be carried when handling: the insured's household registration book, social security card, valid ID card, photos that meet the requirements, and the social security relationship transfer certificate issued by the social security department of the place where the household registration moves out.
