According to the Zhongguancun online website, the reasons why the social security payment record cannot be found on Alipay are as follows:

1. It may be caused by a network problem of the social security system or an upgrade of the social security system. In this case, it is recommended to wait for a period of time before re-inquiring;

2. There is no Alipay inquiry channel in the location of personal social security, which makes it impossible for users to use Alipay to inquire about social security;

3. The user has not authenticated or bound the personal social security account on Alipay, and the query can only be made after the authentication or binding is completed.

Article 58

The employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for its employees. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.

Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration.

The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.
